Others simply need someone who can lead the work, stay close to the details, and get it over the line.

I’m based in Norway and work with clients and teams globally. My background spans development, project management, technical consulting, and team leadership across websites, bespoke tooling, integrations, ecommerce, and content-heavy platforms. Depending on what a project needs, I can advise, lead delivery, or get directly involved in the build.
I work both independently and as part of a wider team. I can embed myself in a client or agency team, or bring in trusted contractors when needed.
